Day 1 Portugal / Geneva-Thoiry

Departure by flight to Geneva. Arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel in Thoiry. Accommodation.

Day 2 Geneva-Thoiry / Lausanne / Zermatt-Tasch

Full board. Departure for Lausanne, where you will visit the city with a local guide. The city is the headquarters of the International Olympic Committee, where you will visit the Olympic Museum, the Gothic Cathedral, the Rumin Palace. Lunch. Optional (with supplement): possibility of visiting Chillon Castle, near Montreux, on the shores of Lake Geneva, one of the most beautiful monuments in Switzerland. Dinner and accommodation in the Zermatt/Täsch region.

Day 3 Zermatt-Tasch / Interlaken-Thun

Half board. Today, you will take the train from Tasch to Zermatt, a famous Alpine town at the foot of the Matterhorn, also known for its ski resorts and where the use of cars is prohibited, only electric cars are allowed. Free time in this picturesque village with its typical wooden buildings. Optional (with supplement): possibility of climbing the Gornergrat to 3,089 meters with wonderful views of the mythical Matterhorn, Monte Rosa and Dufour Peak, the highest peak in the Swiss Alps. Continue to Interlaken (route depends on weather conditions). Dinner and accommodation in the Interlaken-Thun region.

Day 4 Interlaken-Thun

Half board. Free day or optional excursion (with supplement): Departure for the Lauterbrunnen valley to take the famous "Kleine Scheidegg" mountain train at an altitude of 2,000 meters, from where we will have a wonderful view of the impressive peaks of the Mönch, Eiger and Jungfrau. Continuation of the train journey to Grindelwald, a very picturesque village surrounded by a spectacular Alpine panorama or possibility of continuing with the mountain train to Jungfraujoch "Top of Europe" and return to Grindelwald to go back to the hotel. Dinner.

Day 5 Interlaken-Thun / Lucerne / Zurich

Half board. Departure for Lucerne for a panoramic tour with a local guide. This city is situated on the shores of the Lake of the Four Cantons and has preserved its buildings, squares and narrow streets as they were in medieval times. Free time in this city considered to be one of the most beautiful in Switzerland. Continue to Zurich where we will take a panoramic tour with a local guide, highlighting Bahnhofstrasse and Lindenhof Hill. We will also see the old sailors' and fishermen's district of Schipfe and Zurich's oldest bridge, Rathaus-Brücke, where the town hall is located. Dinner.

Day 6 Zurich / Schaffhausen / Rhine Falls / Bern

Full board. Departure for Schaffhausen where we will take a boat trip to see the Rhine Falls, whose waterfall is as beautiful as it is spectacular. Continue to Bern and lunch. In the afternoon, a visit to Bern, capital of the Swiss Confederation and considered one of the best preserved cities in Europe. We'll take a panoramic tour of the historic center with a local guide, where we can admire its more than 8 kilometers of arcades, its carillon and the Zähringen Fountain with the Bear, Bern's mascot. Dinner.

Day 7 Bern / Montreux / Golden Pass train / Ginebra-Thoiry

Full board. Departure for Geneva. We will take the Golden Pass train from Montbovon to Montreux, passing through idyllic landscapes in the middle of the Swiss Alps. Lunch. Continue to Geneva and take a panoramic tour of the city with a local guide. Geneva is the seat of the United Nations and preserves an interesting historic center with the Gothic cathedral of St. Peter, the monument to the Reformation, the Place de Four and the Town Hall. Dinner and accommodation in Thoiry.

Day 8 Geneva-Thoiry / Portugal

Breakfast. Depending on the return flight, free time for visits or last-minute shopping. Transfer to the airport and flight back to Portugal. Arrival.
