Departure by flight to Ho Chi Minh City by the chosen route. Night on board.

Day 2 Ho Chi Minh

Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, formerly Saigon. Transfer to hotel. Free time for leisure. Accommodation.

Day 3 Ho Chi Minh (Mekong Delta)

Half board. Departure by road to My Tho and continue by motorboat on the Mekong River to enjoy the scenery. Arrival at the Xep canals, disembarkation and tour of the village. Visit a local family to taste tropical fruit, tea and honey wine. You will tour the village in a horse-drawn cart. Lunch in a restaurant. Return to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 4 Ho Chi Minh / Cuchi / Ho Chi Minh / Danang / Hoian

Half board. Visit to the Cu Chi tunnels, a historic site of the war against the USA in the south of the country, famous for its tunnels and underground galleries that reached a length of 200 km. which reached 200 km in length and where the Viet Cong could move underground with great ease without being seen in order to attack their enemies. We will see the annexes, the kitchens, the infirmaries, etc. Lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon, panoramic views of the exterior of the Cathedral, the colonial-style post office building and the Reunification Palace. Visit to the War Museum and Ben Thanh market. Departure by flight to Danang. Arrival and onward journey by road to Hoian.

Day 5 Hoian

Half board. Visit the Japanese covered bridge and the Phuoc Kien pagoda. Continue to one of the old merchants' houses and the Hoi An Museum. Lunch in a restaurant. Free time in the afternoon.

Day 6 Hoian / Hue

Half board. Departure by road to Hue, where we will see the funerary complexes of the Minh Mang kings. Lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the famous Imperial Citadel where the Nguyen dynasty reigned from 1802 to 1945. Continue by boat on the Perfume River to visit the Thien Mu Pagoda and finish at the Dong Ba market.

Day 7 Hue / Hanoi

Half board. Departure by flight to Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam and the country's main economic center. Visit to the exterior of Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum, the One Pillar Pagoda and the Tran Quoc Pagoda. Visit to the Temple of Literature, dedicated to Confucius and the literati. Lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon, a walk in the city center to see the Ngoc Son Pagoda and a bike ride in the old part of the city.

Day 8 Hanoi / Halong Bay

Full board. Departure by road to Halong Bay. Board a traditional Vietnamese junk. Cruise around the bay with a stop for a possible swim, explore some of the caves and enjoy the sunset. Lunch and dinner on board.

Day 9 Halong Bay / Hanoi | Halong Bay / Hanoi / Lao Cai*

Breakfast. In the morning, the cruise will continue along the waters of the bay. Disembark and transfer by road to Hanoi. * Sapa Extension Breakfast. Return to a hotel in Hanoi to freshen up. Transfer to the train station and departure by train to Lao Cai. Night on board.

Day 10 Hanoi / Portugal | Lao Cai / Sapa* | Hanoi / Mai Chau** | Hanoi / Vietnam Beach (Nha Trang or Phu Quoc)***

Breakfast and free morning. Departure by return flight on the chosen itinerary. Night on board (with some airlines, the flight is daytime and you will arrive at your destination the same day). * Sapa Extension Half board. Arrival in Lao Cai and transfer to the hotel. Breakfast. Cable car ride to Fansipan Peak, known as "the roof of Indochina". To reach the top, you'll have to climb 600 steps. Return by cable car and continue to Sapa. Lunch in a restaurant. Departure for the valley where the H'mong and Giay tribes live. ** Extension Mai Chau (Eco lodge) Half board. Transfer by road to Mai Chau, a Thai minority village, via Hoa Binh (135 km approx. from Hanoi). The peculiarity of this area is the surrounding landscape which can be admired from the top of Cun Mountain where you can see a magnificent panorama of the Mai Chau valley, where you will arrive in the late morning. Lunch at the hotel. In the afternoon, a bike ride through the surrounding villages (Na Thia, Nhot, Pom Coong, Lac and Chieng Chau, etc.). *** Vietnam beach extension (Nha Trang or Phu Quoc) Breakfast. Departure by flight to Nha Trang or Phu Quoc. Regular transfer to the hotel. Nha Trang. Arrival * Sapa Extension Half board. Drive through the village of MaTra, of the Black H'mong ethnic group, to see the rice fields. Continue to the village of Ta Phin, of the Red Dzao ethnic group.
