LARCO MUSEUM IN LIMA - VISIT CHINCHERO AND MORAY - VISIT TAQUILE AND UROS
Day 1 Portugal / Lima
Flight to Lima. Arrival and accommodation. We recommend a visit to the Larcomar Shopping Center, ideal for shopping or dining in a fantastic location facing the sea.
Day 2 Lima
Breakfast. In the morning, a panoramic tour of the city's historic center, followed by a visit to the Larco Museum. Free afternoon.
Day 3 Lima / Cuzco
Breakfast. Flight to Cuzco. In the afternoon, city tour starting with a visit to the most important points of the San Blas district. Then we'll head to the Plaza de Armas to visit the Cathedral. We'll continue on to the Koricancha, whose name in Quechua is Quri Kancha (Golden Temple), which welcomes us in all its magnificence.
Day 4 Cuzco / Chinchero / Moray / Sacred Valley
Half board. Departure for the village of Chinchero, the most typical and picturesque in the Sacred Valley. Continue to Moray, an Inca archaeological complex made up of colossal concentric terraces that simulate a large amphitheater. Lunch. Visit to the fabulous archaeological complex of Ollantaytambo.
Day 5 Sacred Valley / Machu Picchu
Half board. Transfer to Ollantaytambo train station. Panoramic train journey through the Urubamba Valley to Macchu Picchu Pueblo, at the foot of Machu Picchu. Rest of the day at leisure.
Day 6 Machu Picchu / Cuzco
Half board. Board public transportation to climb up an intricate path to get a spectacular view of the Urubamba River that forms the famous gorge. The Lost City of the Incas, Machu Picchu, awaits you with incredible terraces, staircases, ceremonial precincts and urban areas. At the end of the visit, return to Machu Picchu Pueblo and lunch. At the indicated time, return by train to Ollantaytambo station to continue by road to Cuzco.
Day 7 Cuzco
Breakfast. In the morning, you'll get away from the crowds to visit Sacsayhuaman, an impressive ceremonial fortress. You will then take a panoramic tour of the Inca sanctuary of Qenqo. Finally, you'll reach the Puca Pucara watchtower and Tambomachay. Free afternoon.
Day 8 Cuzco / Puno
Half board. Departure by regular tourist bus to Puno. The first stop will be Andahuaylillas, to visit its beautiful chapel. Continue to Racchi, Temple of the God Viracocha, where the enormous walls and passages of the enclosure stand out. Lunch on the way. Before the final destination, a visit to the Pucara Site Museum.
Day 9 Puno / Lake Titicaca (Lake Titicaca)
Half board. Start with a visit to the Uros, hospitable inhabitants who will welcome you on artificial islands made of a kind of reed (totora). Departure for the island of Taquile, where the locals still preserve their ancestral traditions and where you will be welcomed in their colorful traditional costumes. Don't miss the opportunity to explore the island and be dazzled by the beautiful views of the lake. Typical lunch on the island. In the afternoon, return to Puno.
Day 10 Puno / Lima / Portugal
Breakfast. Transfer to Juliaca airport. Flight to Lima and connection with the flight back to Portugal. Night on board.
Day 11 Portugal
Arrival.
Our services
Flight on a scheduled flight, economy class (reservations in special classes). Bed and breakfast. 4 lunches (drinks not included). Regular transfers, except in Lima, which will be exclusive for CATAI clients. Regular tourist bus Cuzco/Puno. Visits in regular service (shared with other clients), with local guides, except in Lima, which will be exclusive for CATAI clients. BTC (entrance fees to all the tourist sites mentioned in Cuzco and the Sacred Valley). Expedition train. Travel insurance.

The Cathedral of Lima is closed for sightseeing on Saturday afternoons and on Sunday mornings, if this coincides, the Convent of San Francisco will be visited.
